The grounds and building are gorgeous and it felt really Christmassy too. My husband used the pool which he said was lovely. We were able to book in a little earlier than stated which was very helpful too. The staff were fantastic start to finish, the atmosphere felt relaxed and homely whilst still being surrounded by luxury.
The building itself is full of charming character. I honestly can't say enough how fantastic all the staff where. I actually got engaged during my stay outside the front of the hotel which was an experience I will never forget.
The beds were ridiculously comfy! We didn't want to leave. We also had a free upgrade and had a lovely card from the staff as it was our anniversary. My boyfriend and I were in awe of the hotel and its staff! The location was perfect and would love to come back again.
The check in was super quick and efficient. Thank you so much for a superb time.
