I ordered a tv, sound bar and two speakers this morning around 8 am for pickup at the Bluebonnet, Baton Rouge store. Around 11 I received a call and because I didn't know the number I let it go to voicemail.

My phone indicated there was a voicemail but I wasn't getting it until almost 5 pm. It was a person from the Best Buy fraud department validating my purchase. So I called the number and it said they were closed and to leave a message but earlier in the message it stated they were open 7 days a week from 8-6. I called at 5:10 that's when I got suspicious. So I've been calling and getting moved around to other reps as to why my order is stuck on preparing.

Finally I called the Bestbuy.com number and I was told that my order was on hold. What? I questioned whether there was a verification team and the rep stated not that he was aware of, so I explained my delima regarding my order. Why is my order placed on hold and not ready for pickup?
